Will my details be safe?

All card transactions are processed by ProTX and HSBC, using their secure payment systems. Our site is fully secured using 128bit encryption provided by Comodo Instant SSL. Prob-Solve Xpress do not keep a record of your card details as they are captured directly by ProTX or Google.

What is a verified by VISA and Mastercard secure code?

Both schemes are a new service that let you shop on line with added confidence. Through an easy to use security process the two schemes confirm your identity when you make purchases at Prob-Solve Xpress and other participating on line stores. It is convenient and works with your existing cards. You register your cards just once and create your own password. When you make a purchase at participating on line stores a special verify window will appear, simply enter your password and click submit, Your identity is then verified and the purchase is secure. Some credit cards may give you the option of signing up for the scheme during the purchasing process. Otherwise to activate the scheme for your card, or to learn more about the service please contact the bank or financial institution that issued your cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

Prob-Solve Xpress accepts all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, VISA, Switch, Maestro and Google Checkout transactions. We do not accept American express. Every credit/debit card transaction is made via a secure server and is completely safe. Companies may request to open a credit account with Prob-Solve Xpress by completing a credit application form online (available from my account once logged in). Where a credit account is granted Prob-Solve Xpress are entitled to request payment by a credit card, debit card, cheque or bank transfer on first order(s).

Can I add additional items to my order once the order has been placed?

We are unable to add additional items to orders once they have been placed, as we do not hold any of your card details on our system. All transactions go through a secure server with ProTX or Google. Please place another order.
